The members of Amports include regional governments (the Province of North Holland, and the municipalities that are situated on the North Sea Canal, namely Amsterdam, Beverwijk, Velsen and Zaanstad), the Port of Amsterdam, the Regional North Sea Canal Development Company (RON) and the regional industry, which includes some 300 companies in the port region as well as corporate umbrella organisations such as the Chamber of Commerce and the regional business association ORAM.
